On March 14 the Maryland General Assembly passed a $25,000 Bond Bill for the DBHM; for property acquisition and planning and design work, that was introduced and supported by Delegate John P. Dononghue, D-Washingtion Co. and Senator Donald Munson, R-Washington Co.; during the 2009 regular session. For more information, go to mlis.state.md.us and click on “Bill Information and Status.”
A special thank you to Delegate John Dononghue and Senator Donald Munson; for their diligence in seeing that a Bond Bill passed to support the DBHM and to their continued support in the success of the Doleman Black Heritage Museum.
